Our Fitness Personal Training sessions are adapted to your varying stages of pregnancy, postnatal recovery or at any stage of motherhoodI believe in taking things slowly at first and building up your strength and fitness. Your Personal Training session is all about YOU and YOUR needs!

Our one-to-one Personal Training Session include training, nutrition, emotional support and fitness expert advice on what to do and what to avoid when exercising.

 

I will work with you to create your very own customised fitness training program which we can do together at your home or local park.

 

I will be there for you every step of the journey!

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or just feel better, I am there to motivate and safely guide you along the way.

 

Each fitness personal training session will have you feeling stronger, invigorated and more confident!

√ Our fitness personal training sessions are child friendly and can be booked around your child's naps or play times. 

Our PT sessions are offered from Tuesday till Friday

between 9am and 3pm.
