Are your classes right for me?
Our safe beginner friendly classes are designed for Mums who want to train in a safe and encouraging environment.
We will work our way through core strengthening, muscle toning exercises that are perfect for for the postnatal body.
You are encouraged to work at your own pace and abilities. We can easily modify any fitness exercise that doesn't feel right. This is YOUR exercise workout and YOUR body!
Our classes are for you if:
√ You are a new Mum returning to exercise
√ You are a beginner and you want to exercise in a safe encouraging environment
√ You want to safely tone up and lose weight
√ You want to exercise in the fresh air with other awesome Mums

What if I have an injury?
Depending on the injury or issue this is usually fine. We can alter most exercises to accommodate things like bad backs, knees, ankles, weak pelvic floor, abdominal separation etc. Just make sure to let us know in advance so we can plan for you. And make sure it's ok with your health care professional first!
Where are your Fitness classes?
Our fitness classes are held at Centennial Park Oval. Don't worry we will send you a map and directions of where to meet.
Our Group Fitness classes are perfect if you're a mum or mum-to-be who lives in Sydney Eastern Suburbs, around Bondi Junction, Clovelly, Waverley, Queens Park, Woollahra, Bronte, Bronte Beach, Paddington, Kensington, Randwick, Centennial Park.
How do I book in?
You can book and pay for your fitness training class through our website. Otherwise get in touch and we can book you in to your preferred fitness training class.
What can I expect at my first session?
You'll get a friendly welcome by the ladies and your fitness trainer before we kick things off with a warm up exercise. We’ll explain how the fitness workout will run, demonstrate the exercises you’ll be doing, personally guide you throughout the class, and assist you with your technique so you feel confident.
I have just had a baby.
When can I start?
You may be able to return to exercise 6 - 8 weeks after birth. Please get in touch with us and we can run through our fitness exercise pre-screening. A clearance letter from your doctor or midwife may be required.
We strongly recommend that you have a physio assessment before starting any fitness exercise programme.
Our 4 week Restore Your Core Program is a great way to return to exercise!
What type of exercises will we be doing?
We will work our way through core strengthening, muscle toning exercises that are perfect for the postnatal body.
Can I do a Casual Fitness Class?
Yes. If there is a spare space. Casual fitness training classes are $20.
What if it's raining?
If the weather is deemed unsafe the fitness training class will be cancelled and a make up class will be offered. In the event of cancellation, your fitness trainer will send you a txt that morning.
We also understand that training in the rain with young children is not ideal.
If you would prefer not to come to your scheduled class due to weather conditions then a make up class can be done at another time.
Can I bring my baby?
YES! children of all ages are welcome. Your baby/child can have a sleep in their pram, have a play or morning tea on a mat beside you. They are more than welcome to join in with us. Once you and your child are happy thats all that matters!
What do I need to bring?
You will need an exercise mat or large towel, a water bottle and a sweat
towel. If it’s your first time please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time so we can meet each other and have a quick chat.
What if I prefer to train by myself?
We also offer Personal Training sessions whether you're pregnant or postnatal.
Our Personal Training Sessions can be held in a Park or in the comfort of your home. We can offer Personal Training sessions in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs and surrounding suburbs including Mascot, Botany, Banskmeadow, Rosebery, Randwick, Eastgardens, Pagewood, Matraville, Hillsdale, Coogee, Coogee Beach, Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, Paddington, Kensington, Queens Park, Centennial Park, Bronte, Bronte Beach, Clovelly, Kingsford, South Coogee, Maroubra, Maroubra Beach, Little Bay, Malabar, La Perouse, Tempe, Sydenham, St Peters, Sydney Park, Alexandria, Beaconsfield, Zetland, Waterloo, Moore Park.

We take a bunch of pics at our sessions and some are used on social media or for different marketing campaigns. If you do not want you and/or your kids images to be used for this purpose please let us know. We will make sure that we follow your instruction on this, we totally understand!
