Does the idea of getting some guilt free exercise and fresh air, and socialising with other Mums sound lush? Are you ready to get fit for a fraction of the cost of a one-on-one trainer in a supportive and fun environment? 


It’s my mission to help empower Eastern Suburbs Mums to achieve this and more!

I am  so passionate about working with Mums, because I am a Mum too - and I "get it" I understand the challenges of motherhood, and the act of juggling everything and everyone else and never having time to take care of myself. Been there, done it! Mums Fitness Co. is all about giving you a great workout with friends, and some ‘me’ time.


We’re so proud to have created a beautiful, supportive community of like-minded Mums and we’d love for you to join us.


Our 45 minute classes include training, nutrition, emotional support and fitness expert advice on what to do and what to avoid when exercising.


Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or just feel better, I am there to motivate and safely guide you along the way.


Each group training session will have you feeling stronger, invigorated and more confident!

Mum Tums & Bums Classes


This a safe beginner friendly class designed for Mums who want to train in a safe and encouraging environment.

We will work our way through core strengthening, muscle toning exercises that are perfect for for the postnatal body.

You are encouraged to work at your own pace and abilities. We can easily modify any exercise that doesn't feel right. This is YOUR workout and YOUR body! 

This class is for you if:
√ You are a new Mum returning to exercise
√ You are a beginner and you want to exercise in a safe encouraging environment
√ You want to safely tone up and lose weight
√ You want to exercise in the fresh air with other awesome Mums
