At Mums Fitness Co. we offer Group Training, Personal Training and Mothers Group sessions.
Our Group Training Classes are suitable for pregnant and postnatal mums (postnatal can be from 3 months to 20 years!) who want to exercise safely in a nurturing environment. Sessions include a mixture of HIIT, strength and cardio.
Come along and let us teach you how to move safely and effectively! Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free.
Please don’t worry about being able to keep up, LOTS of our Mums were worried about their fitness or size before they started but we work with all levels of fitness and design our sessions to allow people to go at their own pace.
The culture at Mums Fitness Co. is very inclusive and not at all competitive, the most important thing is to just start.
I'm a qualified PRE & POST natal personal trainer and I understand the importance of training women safely yet effectively during & after pregnancy (no matter how long it has been!)
