Our safe beginner friendly fitness classes are designed for Mums who want to train in a safe and encouraging environment.
We work our way through core strengthening, muscle toning exercises that are perfect for the postnatal body. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and abilities. We can easily modify any exercise that doesn't feel right. This is YOUR workout and YOUR body!
Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free.
Please don’t worry about being able to keep up, LOTS of our Mums were worried about their fitness or size before they started; but we work with all levels of fitness and design our fitness exercise sessions to allow people to go at their own pace.
