Hi, I'm Deb Ellaway

I am a fully qualified Fitness Professional, based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.


I specialise in safe and effective training throughout pregnancy, after birth and any stage of motherhood. However, you don’t have to be a Mum to train with us – everyone is welcome!


Pregnancy and postnatal wellness is something I am incredibly passionate about, helping women enjoy safe and appropriate exercise so they can feel their physical and emotional best during and after pregnancy. I have helped hundreds of women transform through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes. 


I am a business owner, a wife and Mum to two gorgeous young boys that keep me very busy.  I love being with my family, working out and lazy days at the beach. I am enthusiastic, motivated and most importantly I LOVE my job and helping others achieve goals. 

Exercise is not just about fitting into your clothes better, it is about feeling better in your own skin. Its about improving your flexibility so that you can move better and are less prone to the aches and pains that come from our now mostly sedentary life. For new mums exercise also means that you are getting out of the house, and catching up with other mums for a chat too!


I am all about increasing confidence, I believe that confidence in all parts of life stems from within. If you feel good about yourself, that feeling carry’s on to the others around you.
