Do you offer support?
Yes! You can contact me anytime if you need help. We also have a private facebook group for added support from pregnancy and postnatal personal trainer Deb Ellaway and a like minded community of Mums.
How long are the online fitness workouts?
Our online fitness training workouts take just 30 minutes.
What type of fitness exercises will we be doing?
All our online fitness workouts include core strengthening, muscle toning exercises that are perfect for the postnatal body.
You are encouraged to work out at your own pace and abilities. We can easily modify any exercise that doesn't feel right. This is YOUR workout and YOUR body!
Is there a meal guide with the 28 Day fitness challenge?
Yes, our 28 Day challenge includes meal guides, shopping lists and recipe book filled with delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes.
I don’t have exercise equipment, can I still do the fitness program?
All of our online fitness workouts can be done with just bodyweight and a set of dumbells.
If you are a beginner, I recommend 3-4kg dumbbells or if you are ready to work out a bit harder and level up, then 7kgs will definitely take you to that next fitness level.
How do I access the online fitness program?
After you sign up, you will receive your Recipe and Welcome book by email. You will have access to the online fitness workouts and bonus nutritional recipes through our app or through our website that you can access on laptop or PC.
Simply choose your start date and get ready to feel great! The challenge runs for 30 days total. Days 1 and 2 are to get into the right mindset and get all your healthy nutritious food shopping done.
