Surround yourself with like minded mums while getting fitter and healthier!
Mums Fitness Co. Group Training sessions are suitable for pregnant and postnatal mums (postnatal can be from 3 months to 20 years!) who want to exercise safely in a nurturing environment. Sessions include a mixture of HIIT, strength and cardio. Group Training sessions are being held at Rosebery, Centennial Park and Queens Park.
We also offer Personal Training Sessions and Mothers Group Sessions.

Hi, I’m Deb Ellaway
I am a fully qualified Fitness Professional, based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
I specialise in safe and effective training throughout pregnancy, after birth and any stage of motherhood. However, you don’t have to be a Mum to train with us – everyone is welcome!
